Fire repair in 1-bedroom w/ the repair being drywall, insulation, paint and carpet. replacing the drywall in the room that had fire damage to it. We will not be replacing the drywall in the additional room, living room and dining room. We were able to smoke seal & smoke mitigate those areas instead.12 sq ft of roof shingles are being replaced. No plans required for permit per Aaron Ford
